Ben Guerrero has been in scrap metal recycling and processing for over 35 years. From aluminum shredders to auto shredders, Ben has been running, tuning, and managing recycling facilities across the country for several national corporations. He is an excellent resource for making men and machinery effective in the recycling and processing industries.

Tom Stanek joined the recycling industry 20 years ago after a decade of service in the U.S. Coast Guard. After working as a steel trader and supplier to the foundry industry, Tom began working with scrap metal shredders and figuring out what makes them tick. He's operated shredder facilities and processing yards for national firms. With experience installing shredders and plant expansions, Tom has helped facilities upgrade and tune their operations. Experienced in mining and demolition locations, his wide exposure to metal recycling has led him to work with both the Air Force and Department of Defense on various recycling projects.
